Step 1: Sign up and get your first application free
Tell us the roles, countries and salary range you want and upload your CV and certificates. We prepare your first tailored application free.
- Like what you see? Choose how many applications you want each month, from 10, adding 5 at a time. We prepare more once your first payment is confirmed.
- You give consent for us to apply on your behalf. You can withdraw it at any time.
- We never ask for your email password or any job-site password.
Step 2: We find matching jobs and tailor your documents
For each matching job we write a CV and cover letter tailored to that role, and pick the right supporting documents.
- Every tailored CV uses only facts you have given us. We never invent qualifications or experience.
- Anything we cannot verify is flagged so you can check it.
- For email applications, everything is combined into one PDF.
Step 3: You approve, edit or skip
Each application waits in your queue with the job link, why it matches you, the tailored CV, cover letter and attachments.
- Nothing is sent until you press Approve.
- Edit anything you want changed, or skip jobs that are not right for you.
Step 4: It is sent your way, and you track it
When you approve, choose how it reaches the employer: we send it for you, or you send it yourself from a ready package.
- Follow every application on your dashboard: sent, replied, interview or rejected.
- We respect job-site rules and never mass-submit applications.

CVs are tailored to the type of role, so a project-management application highlights different experience from a finance one. When an application goes by email, the CV, cover letter and documents are combined into a single PDF so the employer receives one clean file.
How your application reaches the employer
We send it for you
The employer receives an email from “Your Name via HARWOOMA Jobs”, with your cover letter as the message and your CV and cover letter attached as one PDF. When they reply, the reply goes straight to your own email. Only for jobs that accept applications by email.
You send it yourself
We prepare everything: the employer’s address, the subject, the message and your PDF. Press “Send from my email”, attach the PDF and send. For jobs that only accept their own website, you get a button to open their page. Then press “I have sent it” so we can track it with you.
Either way, nothing is sent until you press Approve, and we never ask for your email or job-site passwords.

What we never do
Ask for your email or job-site passwords
We never sign in to your accounts, so we never need your passwords. If anyone claiming to be from HARWOOMA asks for one, do not share it.
Invent or exaggerate qualifications or experience
Every CV and cover letter uses only the facts you give us. Anything we cannot confirm is flagged for you to check before it goes anywhere.
Send anything without your approval
You see every application first and can approve, edit or skip it. Nothing is sent until you press Approve.
Mass-submit applications or break job-site rules
We prepare each application one at a time for a job that genuinely matches you, and follow each job site’s terms. We never send weak matches just to use up your monthly number.
Promise interviews or jobs
Employers decide who to interview and hire. We promise careful, tailored applications and a clear record of every one, not results no one can guarantee.
Questions about the process
Will anything be sent without my approval?
No. Every application waits in your queue until you press Approve. You can also edit it or skip the job.
Do I need to give you my email or job-site passwords?
No, and we will never ask for them. Applications go out from our own application address, or we give you a ready package to send yourself.
Will you exaggerate my CV?
No. Tailored CVs use only facts you have given us. If something cannot be verified, we flag it for you to review before anything is sent.
When do you start preparing applications?
Your free application is prepared once your profile, CV and consent are complete. After that, we prepare more applications as soon as your first payment is confirmed.
