Tell us the roles, countries and salary range you want and upload your CV and certificates. We prepare your first tailored application free.
Step 2: We find matching jobs and tailor your documents
For each matching job we write a CV and cover letter tailored to that role, and pick the right supporting documents.
Step 3: You approve, edit or skip
Each application waits in your queue with the job link, why it matches you, the tailored CV, cover letter and attachments.
Step 4: It is sent your way, and you track it
When you approve, choose how it reaches the employer: we send it for you, or you send it yourself from a ready package.

Ask for your email or job-site passwords
We never sign in to your accounts, so we never need your passwords. If anyone claiming to be from HARWOOMA asks for one, do not share it.
Invent or exaggerate qualifications or experience
Every CV and cover letter uses only the facts you give us. Anything we cannot confirm is flagged for you to check before it goes anywhere.
Send anything without your approval
You see every application first and can approve, edit or skip it. Nothing is sent until you press Approve.
Mass-submit applications or break job-site rules
We prepare each application one at a time for a job that genuinely matches you, and follow each job site’s terms. We never send weak matches just to use up your monthly number.
Promise interviews or jobs
Employers decide who to interview and hire. We promise careful, tailored applications and a clear record of every one, not results no one can guarantee.
Your documents are safe with us
You will upload your CV, certificates and sometimes an ID. Here is exactly how we handle them.
- Who sees them
- You, and the HARWOOMA team member preparing your applications. An employer receives only the documents attached to an application you have approved.
- How they are stored
- In private storage that only you and our team can open, over encrypted connections. We never sell or share them for any other purpose.
- How long we keep them
- While your subscription is active, and for one month after it ends so you can renew without uploading again. After that they are permanently deleted.
- How to delete them
- Sooner, whenever you like: delete any single document from your account, delete your whole account, or email us and we will do it for you.
Tip:Only upload a national ID or passport if an employer asks for it. Your CV and certificates are usually enough.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly is one application?
One application is one job matched to your goals, plus a CV tailored to that job, a cover letter written for that employer and the right supporting documents, such as certificates. For email applications they are combined into a single PDF. You can see a full example on our sample application page.
Do you guarantee interviews or a job?
No. No honest service can promise that, because employers make the decisions. We prepare and send careful, tailored applications for you and show you the result of every one.
Will anything be sent without my approval?
No. Every application waits in your queue until you press Approve. You can also edit it or skip the job.
Do I need to give you my email or job-site passwords?
No, and we will never ask for them. Applications go out from our own application address, or we give you a ready package to send yourself.
Is the first application really free?
Yes. Sign up with your email, complete your profile, upload your CV and give consent, and we prepare one tailored application for you to approve, edit or skip. No payment details are needed. There is one free application per person.
How do I pay?
Pay with MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, or a Visa or Mastercard card, through our secure payment partners. Prices are shown in UGX and USD. Your first application is free; after that you choose how many applications you want for the month (at least 10, adding 5 at a time) and pay before we prepare more. We never see or store your card details or mobile money PIN.
What if there are not enough good matches in a month?
We never send weak matches just to use up your allowance. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing month, and unused applications do not carry over. If good matches are scarce in your field, tell us and we will help you widen your target roles or countries, or choose fewer applications when you renew.
